Muscle building
This package incorporates ACE Fitness guidelines on muscle hypertrophy training in accordance with my own experiences training and working in gyms. This is a 4-day/week training split for 6 weeks, which is the minimum training length to experience significant results. It is important to note that this program utilizes a lot of equipment, so a gym membership is most likely needed.

Equipment utilized in the program: bench, dumbbells, barbell, cable machine, assisted dip machine, assisted pull up machine, treadmill/cardio machine, lat pulldown machine, seated cable row machine, preacher curl, leg press, leg extension machine, calf raise machine, shoulder press machine, chest fly machine.
